What States are Simply Realty, LLC in?

We are currently licensed in GA, AL, & TN!

Soon to be licensed  FL.

How can I list a property if I am not in the MLS?

Agents that choose to not participate in an MLS can submit all proper documents to the broker and pay a one time listing fee of $50 per listing to have the listing submitted in MLS with designated agent as contact agent for the listing.

What if I am licensed in more than one state?

Agents that are licensed in more than one state can join in any state that Simply Realty, LLC is licensed in.  Agents have the freedom to pick different plans in different states.

What is required in signing up?

All agents must fill out proper state mandated forms from their state to sign up, and pay the one time set up fee of $50.

Are Teams Allowed?

Yes! Teams are allowed and must have the commission and team structure submitted to the broker.
